Car limited to 130mph/210kph

Hi,

I have a Audi A4 2.0TDI 190BHP ultra model, every time I try and max my car out it’s always sticks to 130mph/210kph and won’t go any faster, it feels like it’s limited, it’s very annoying especially when I drive on the autobahn now and then.

What can I do is there any way of removing it? I thought it was limited to 155mph but looks like it’s not and stuck to 130mph,

I have looked in a few other places and they all show 130mph. I had a look at a 170bhp B8 A4 and the top speed on that is 143mph, I would expect a 190 B9 to be capable of around 145mph so it looks like Audi have limited the top speed to 130mph for some reason.
A remap would sort that issue .

The 190 ultra is limited to 130 mph and the 190 non ultra has a top speed of 149mph if I rember correctly

Yup the Ultra is limited compared to the regular 190 TDi.

My question will be why would you want to go faster?

The Autobahn are great, and if you're traveling all the way across Germany, why not go as fast as you can?

My old Volvo used to do 140+ quite happily, and I'd typically cruise at 120-130mph on the quiet stretches. So I can understand the frustration of the OP!

Purchased the wrong version then as the information about the ultra's top speed is easily available and its not like Audi hide what the top speed is, it's even in the configurator.
As I stated, it's an ultra for a reason...
