Having damaged two wheels on my previous A1 BE and paying for the repairs myself - around £125 at the specialist, I was thinking about buying alloy wheel and tyre insurance for my new A1 BE. The Audi dealer quote was £699 discounted to £449! On line sellers such as Total loss gap is £320, and includes diamond cut. A local dealer offers a Premia policy for £299 so sensible priced policies are out there. Unfortunately this price price is only available to customers buying a car from them. So my question is has anybody used ‘total loss gap’ or knows a helpful dealer willing to sell me a policy at a sensible price?
