Cracked spring

Hello

My A3 quattro has been in the garage today having a service etc. They stumbled upon a rear spring which has a small crack in. Is this really unsafe to drive on or would something like that hold out for a week ?

Also my CV joint (i think!) is leaking, they quoted me 280 to sort these two. Just wondering if anyone knows if thats good ?

Forgot to say, anyone who's got any standard springs for sale, give me a PM. The car is an A3 Quattro 2000 plate. AGU engine code as far as I know. Cheers

I wouldn't drive it knowing it had a cracked spring mate, it could snap at any time.
