Somethif about outside mirrors

I dont have turn signals on exterior mirrors so i am wondering can i just buy oem turn light and put it in mirrors and connect power on something or i need completley new left and right mirrors with lights

If your car is PFL, you’ll need entire new mirror housing, for both mirrors.
They are different shape and FL are bigger.

Think, full retrofit need to be done there.
Not sure for other components needed for it (i.e. door modules?)
