Touch-up paint for 19" 5 v-spoke matt titanium wheels?

Anyone touched these wheels up themselves? I've got a really small scratch (about 1cm x 2-3mm) on one of mine, doesn't seem worth a refurb but I can't find any touch-up paint for them: Audi don't sell it, apparently. Anyone got any other ideas for a source / found any themselves? Thanks!
