My S4 came with Pirelli tyres, which I also used on my previous A6. I like the tyre and grip but they do seem to wear very quickly and lose grip well before they legal limit for changing. What do people suggest trying as an alternative?

The conti sport contact 6 fitted to mine are really gripping well also but I’d say the mps4s is a shout also
Iv only done 3.5k miles so far and mostly twisty stuff but they are still like new I’ll let you know in about 4 years what they are like at 12k lol

Exactly. Conti win all the tests because the compounds are softer than the competition and last significantly less for a very small real world adhesion benefit.

Have OEM P Zero's and not really fussed. Am a Bridgestone man, but, they are now made in Malaysia/Thailand (not Japan) and the quality appears to have suffered. On paper, those MPS4S's look the goods. Scroll down for different tyres. I know this is in Aust., but.

The Michelin is about £35-£40 more expensive, but you will make that back on better wear and you get the better tyre with the Michelin
