Noob - S3 Buying Advice

Just to bring this to a conclusion, I left a deposit on a 2015 Panther Black S3 last week. Hopefully picking up in a couple of weeks when my plate gets transferred off my current car.

Sorry to Hijack this thread, but I wanted to know if anyone has used the FM splitter to get a DAB signal from the roof aerial?
I recently changed my RNS-E to an Android head unit, and the windscreen aeriel isn't great outside of populated areas. If this splitter works I would buy one for mine and get rid of the windscreen mounted aerial.
