Clicking noise on cold start

Hi all new to this group, i have an audi a3 sportback 2007 8pa chassis can anyone tell me this noise thats accruing in the video? It happens on cold start, i cant seem to locate it and it gets louder when i turn my lights and heating on?? As if im adding extra load on whatever its coming from it stops when the car warms up i really need it sorted as it quite annoying..thanks

Thanks for the reply , I have replaced the alternator clutch pulley and tensioner and the belt last week, i thought it could be the secondary air pump? But as it gets louder when i put load on it and dies down when i turn them off im thinking alternator now
