Noise...?

Hi,

Just looking for some advice on a sort or ticky Grinding sound I’m hearing from my 07my A3 recently.
I took a video of the sound but I can upload it. I don’t really know how to describe the sound either, “ticky grinding” was the best I could come up with, it seems to be more prominent when I first start the car.
