Tyre sizes for Audi OEM 19" alloys

Hi,
Can someone please clear up my confusion re: tyre sizes for Audi OEM 19" alloys.

There are 2 options in the 19" wheel sizes, I've gone for 2) for my A4 Avant factory build. From the Audi UK website:

1) 19” x 8J ‘5-arm rotor matt titanium look, diamond cut with 245/35 R 19 tyres

2) 19” x 8.5J ‘5-V spoke’ design alloy wheels in matt titanium-look, diamond cut finish with 245/40 R18 tyres

Any reason why I'm getting 245/40/R18 tyres fitted rather than 245/35/R19 or 245/40/R19 ? Or is that a typo on Audi's website? I'm also seeing 245/40/R18 on my order form from my Audi dealer. Totally confused lol

You can’t put 18” tyres on 19” wheels so it’s a typo. 245/35/19 is the tyre fitted to all the 19” A4 B9 wheels.

Thanks, so they not only got the radial size (R) size wrong but the whole tyre size wrong for the alloys I've selected.

Kinda. 245/40/18 is the correct size for the 18” wheels so I think they’ve just mixed the two up somehow.

Just make sure they fit the 19” wheels and not the 18’s!
