8P S3 Seats easy entry?

Hi, Just a point of curiousity really but can anyone tell me if and when easy entry seats on 3DR 8P S3's were fitted model year wise?

My 09 does not have them. Had a 60 plate Scirocco a few years ago that did

Question applies to both std and the Recaro Wingback option.

Wingbacks fitted to the S3's have never been easy entry - PITA having to reach down to move the seat forward each time, but most definitely worth it.

I thought all other seats were supposed to slide if you pulled the lever on the top? There is a fairly common issue with something becoming disconnected - maybe yours suffers from this?

Yep i tried having the seat back fully forward and then lifting the lever to initiate the slide but to no avail. I will try and have a look under the seat to see if something has come adrift.

To be honest getting an adult in the back is a chore with wing backs but it's worth it.
