Front passenger axle play

I've been driving with a clunk/rattle for over a year now going over small bumps, I decided to jack the car up and look for play on all the arms but there were none exept this play on the axle
It's very similar to this video

I do also have very worn down pads to the point where the caliper is loose aswell(I've ordered new pads and rotors)

I'm just wondering if the axle play is normal or not, the cv boots looks completely fine
 
I think you're dealing with brake clunking. You probably need to replace those pads and you should have anti rattle clips installed too as part of the brake job. They should like these:

I don't know about your axle. I can't remember if mine has ever sounded like that. They usually tend to be pretty solid so you may need to change that as well but I would ask someone who knows for sure so you don't spend a ton of money on unnecessary things.
