funland, well not really..
turbo return line bolts to oilpan with 2 bolts, well ofc the other thread is broken, it tightens a bit then turns loose again -_-
Im afraid to leave it on its "tightest" and just hope the best.
Now popped to mind that maybe use gasket silicone on thread or bolt lock "glue"
Or just screw helicoil but I really rather not take the oilpan out unless its the last thing to do.

Anyways I have oilpan that doesnt have place for sensor but was wondering has anyone just bored holes to it and bolted the sensor in it?

Always something goes wrong... argh

M6 is a 1.0mm pitch. Just helicoil it or swap out the sump, they're dirty cheap anyway.

yep I went for helicoil. Anyone done it without removing oilpan? or any tips how to avoid aluminium parts to not go inside of oilpan.
I have to drill it some to make helicoil fit but there is going to be some aluminium parts when drilled.

The hole is blind so do not drill right through into the sump else it will leak through the bolt no matter what you try and do

You will need to drain the oil and remove the oil drain regardless... just block the oil drain hole to prevent swarf from getting into the sump
