So my Audi has started to smoke. When started it idles and runs well. But until the engine gets hot it smokes like crazy, a grayish looking smoke.

Could be injector or injectors gone, or if you've topped up oil it could be over filled, or build up in your manifold=Needs removal + proper cleaning, or your turbos on way out, check first two before you pay for the last two to be inspected.
Mine would smoke before I did my injector seals... there’s a load of things it could be though. Worth getting it on VCDS first to see what’s going on.
