S3 8l horrible noise and vibration!

Hi all. My s3 got lowering springs (35mm). After a long journey (UK to Hungary) my front tyres inner sides is very worn! I took the car to the workshop for alignment. Since my s3 is vibrating badly under load and makes horrible crunchy noise like a hammer drill. I can feel this vibration on my steering wheel as well.

-CV joint changed both sides

-Driver shaft innen joint changed both sides

- new anti roll bar links

Nothing changed! Problem still the same!
