deal or no deal

happy easter all.
i have just been looking at an a4 1.9tdi 130 on a 53 plate it has a full dealer history and has done 90k, the garage will give me a 12 month parts and labour warranty, its up for sale at 9995. are there any problems buying a car with so many miles on it.should i walk away
any advice is appreciated.

I wouldnt be worried about the miles as long as its been looked after it should double that.
