Phone connection - ANY HELP?

Hi,
I use a bluetooth device which connects through a blank radio frequency to play music in my A4. Usually the display on my dash shows the radio frequency i've selected. However it is only saying 'PHONE' now, even though there isnt a device connected, I can not get it to change back to the radio ? does anyone know to fix this problem?

Maybe press "Mode" button on the left hand side of the steering wheel.
