S4 B8 buyers guide

As per the title I'm looking at getting an S4. I'll probably be going for around a 2011_2012 avant. Can't find any buyers guides anywhere, are there any things I should look out for?
Is there anything that will need doing on a car between 50 to 70 thousand miles?

Gearbox service should be done every 38,000 miles.

Check for start up engine rattles that don’t go away within a few seconds.

Check for evidence of servicing.

Check DSG for potential issues, clunking, rough shifts, etc.

Check manual car for notchy shifts.

Buy a dipstick take it with you and manually dip the oil and check its condition.

Take a laptop and VCDS if possible.

Other than that just what you’d check on other cars. Be mindful that these cars had loads of optional extras available and there are plenty of basic spec S4’s that are listed as “high spec”.
