hello all + boost pipe help

Hi all first post here ( i couldent post straight into the a3 forum)
View attachment 162997 im trying to replace the boost hose coming off the throttle body (2004 a3 2.0 tdi 8p)

ive managed to get the top part off but really struggling with the bottom part. Cant work out how to get it off...there is bearly any room what so ever

im no mechanic by all means but thought i would give it a go

any help would be great

You might need to access the intercooler from the bottom I think it's a screw tightened clip
