lost torx bit in engine bay....

I dropped torx bit while working on the screw circled in orange on the pic. ( disregard red arrow )
It fell straight down from that position.
should I retrieve it at all cost or not to worry???

took off intake manifold and bank with flaps and was able to see it and retrieve it with magnet. took off pass. side as well to clean all nicely when doing it.
