so I need a new dsg box for my 54 plate tdi, my code is HLE which seems non existent, apparently GYN is compatiae (according to Audi) but again rare as a rocking horse and they’re extremely overpriced.
Can I use a different code box? Like HFQ etc? Only external difference is the offside driveshaft uses a 6bolt flange where as mine uses a spline fitting.
I have access to a vagcom and a mapper capable of remapping the dsg ecu.
So my question is, can I simply fit a different code box, and get a replacement driveshaft along side it?
