I have an A5 Sportback 190 hp TFSI with DSG where I experience some annoying vibrations throughout the car by acceleration. It is especially noticeable over 90 km h. They also occur when I drive uphill. On the flat there are no problems. Having contacted Audi who admitted that they could feel the vibration but they did not know what to do about it and therefore they would not repair it. I therefore demanded the deal terminated. They refused and said I had to live with the problem. My lawyer then contacted them to demand the deal terminated. Now, Audi claims that there are no problems with the car and they have never experienced vibration in the car. So now the case is sent to court and then we have to see how it goes.
I'm incredibly disappointed with the treatment given by Audi. Is it really a way to treat its customers?
