Rattle from gearbox

Morning everyone.

Ive just noticed a rattle grind noise when lifting my foot up off the clutch when idle and not in gear. I can't seem to hear the noise when in gear. Car has 55000 miles on it 2.0 tdi 2014

There doesn't seem to be any noise that would indicate duel mass flywheel that would normally go away when pressing the clutch. This only happens when lifting the clutch at idle around the biting point.

I will try post a video later but in the mean time anyone have a idea what could be going on ??

That's what I was thinking. By the time I got to work at lunch time I couldn't hear it. So maybe it's just a cold problem at the moment. Service due soon so will get them to have a look
