Hello all,
So as the title states, I am having some annoying noises/sounds when steering at low speeds (10-20km/h). The noise isn't there if I steer while the car is not moving. It's a rather low frequency and constant sound. I have an A3 8PA (2008) with manual transmission.
This started the moment I switched to my winter tires. I have 16 inch alloy wheels + new Pirelli winter tires (205/55/R16). For summer I have the original Audi 17 inch alloy wheels + Continental tires (225/45/R17), and while I had those on, there wasn't any noise. I've been to services and this seemed rather weird to all of them, they haven't been able to point the exact issue, and I wouldn't want to change everything in the front just for the sake of changing things. There are a couple of videos that show the exact same sound. So if anyone had this noise and found the problem, or knows what's up, let me know please.
