Help Please Subwoofer open circuit issue

Hey guys,

I have an A4 2010 plate that I bought a little while back, when on the VCDS I am getting this

Has anyone had this issue before? I have checked all the connections and wiring to and from the subwoofer but it is completely dead. All other speaks work fine. What could it be?
