S4 B8 knocking noise from rear when turning right

Hi
My car has recently developed a knocking noise from the rear when turning right ,particularly at low speeds,pulling away or driving over something like a mini roundabout.The garage replaced a broken coil spring but this hasn't stopped the knocking.
Wondered if it might be the tuned exhaust I had fitted about a year ago?

Could be anything. A garage will be able to check with a pry bar. If it had been an avant, then rear ARB would be worth invstigating. When the rear coil was done, were both sides renewed?
