Q: Swapping A3 8L seats with A3 8L S3 seats

Hello,

Does anyone know if the A3 8L S3 (Recaro) seats are a straight swap for the blue checkered A3 Turbo seats?

A friend said that I might need a box to be reprogrammed, and maybe the electrics connectors could be different.

Any help appreciated.

No one knows? Auction for seats about to finish so I wont be buying them without knowing.

No idea on the exact details, but it will not be a difficult swap.

Thanks, I didn't bother. Someone had told be (before I asked here) that the BCM or some other black box thing would need re-programming due to the air bags so wanted to confirm a few details before getting them.
