Audi A1 (Sport) - 1.4 TFSI [2011]
I just bought this car and it unfortunately does not lock at all - not from the key fob, nor manually (using the blade and the lock in the door). However, the central locking works and both doors will lock if I am inside the car.
So Far...
I also thought about changing the battery in the key, but even if the fob's battery was low, it should still lock manually so I didn't do this.
Any thoughts?

So Far...
- Car says that battery is low, so I changed it.
- Left the battery unplugged for 2 hours.
- When turning off the car, the cluster says "Note deadlock. See owner's manual" - which I'm not too sure of the meaning of.
