S3 chip results

Thought i would post up my Star Performance chip (GIAC) results from my 2000 210bhp S3 to see what people in the know think about the results?

The before figure was taken about a month earlier and made 235bhp however when i went to have the car chipped the Dyno run before the map showed 210bhp (car is 210bhp model) and the wheel output was still 149bhp a 29% loss. Was told the 235bhp run was due to the Haldex playing up. (was not told this at the time left thinking it was genuine 235bhp)

The run and chip was done at Star Performance on a 4x4 roller.

Why are the charts spikey?, i thought it should be a nice smooth curves?

Feels a lot better on the road, more punch

No disrespect, but the chart is very realistic.

Looksl ike you have a nice torque spike at lower rpms. Always good for an initial shove.

I've found Jim's maps to be very good in the past, but I've only ever had the O.CT base maps that he used to use. I've not tried the GIACs in anything other than his Leon. Looks good, I bet you're happy!

Yes Chris very happy, a bit more power would off been nice but as you said its a "realistic" figure. At the end of the day it drives a lot better on the road where it counts

Any idea why the big differences in the 2 before dyno runs?
