Sportback front seats rocking

iv noticed my front seats have some play at the fronts. Both seem similar and as if the front bolts are a little lose. Just wondering if I have something lose or If the seats have some damping?

My super sport seats due this too! Not sure if something's loose or cause I'm fat bloke.

Read that Sline seats upwards seem do it. Just hope it’s because they are designed to.

Interestingly my driver's side S3 seat has just started doing it but only when cornering hard left, never did it before..............

Unclip the plastic end covers and see if you can use a spline bit to tighten the securing bolts. Should be 4 in total holding each seat in.

Just the covers simply clip on?

Indeed. Use a trim tool or alike to lever off the bolt and thread cover in the middle:



Then apply a little outward force to the rear of the following cover in order to unclip it, then pull it away from the rail:
