I'm interested, as a tow car, a B7 A4 S-Line 140bhp auto diesel saloon

The one I have seen is a May 2007 with just over 50k on the clock
Just had a years MOT, no advisories
(Done the gov.uk MOT checker & the mileage appears to be genuine)
Metallic grey with grey cloth interior
Nav & sound system extra's
New front tyres
New front discs and pad And new rear discs and pads fitted
Timing belt and water pump changed @43000 miles and it has also had the EGR valve replaced at 46000

What should I be looking to pay from a private buyer ?

If I go to see it is there anything I should be looking out for & is any questions over and above the usual I should be asking ?

Thanks in advance peoples :thumbs up:

Seller not budging on his advertised price, at all, yet ...

Owner said car hadn't had a service in 3 years, worryingly
2 front wheels extensively kerbed
FNS wing rusting from the inside
Car had just had a coat of Autglymn SRP (I could smell it lol) so was may be hiding some paintwork 'issues'

Still I do appreciate its a 12 year old car

I think the price is fair to be honest mate, it de values it a bit being a saloon, estates always go for more but saying that I think its priced fair if it had full Audi service history and low owners 1-3 id say it was a 4k car, go look at it with £3600 cash see if the money temps him if not walk away and leave it in fates hands, your get the exact same car maybe better spec for a £500-1000 less if it was (average mileage) so depends how much you want a low mileage car.
