My engine light came on around 2 months ago so I plugged it in and got a lean P0171 code which, at the time, I hoped was just a vacuum leak.
I had a repair done at a garage on Monday so I asked them to plug a smoke machine in to check and they confirmed it was a vacuum leak. My issue comes with their diagnostic: they first said the “crankcase breather unit” is leaking, then called it a valve leaking.
Aren’t these two these different components/parts? I’ve attached some pictures below and I think it’s the first picture I need, but I don’t want to buy it and it turns out it’s the second and third picture.

2007 (It’s a 57 plate and has the newer engine layout so I’m not sure if this affects which part I’d need)
