Wiper catching pillar?

I messed around with my wiper a while back as they were sitting high (turns out the blade was just coming off the clip).
I tried pushing the whole wipers back down manually and now it catches the pillar ( I think). Either that or its the blade. Has anyone had this happen?

Probably has the wrong wiper blade fitted.
