Phone in armrest?

Hi There,New to Forum and have a question.I have just retro-fitted an armrest which has the phone faceplate to my 2001 B6 A4.My question is can this faceplate be wired up to the car to go through the speakers and stereo (concert 2) and if so how do i go about this and what would i need? Two cables coming out of armrest.Has anyone done this before,any pointers,
