ECS Disk upgrades for Brembo's on S3

Hey all have just been doing some research into disk upgrades for my brembo's
Does anyone know if you can use the ECS 2v2 disks with brembo calipers.
I know that you can space out the caliper 9mm to suit the larger disk.
But im unsure of the offset of the disk.
Has anyone tried this?

Those AP disks and bells are, ahem, £590.96 + VAT!

I think I will stick to the warping solid LCR disks at 100+vat each lol

Do the grooved Brembo's warp? I'm going to be getting the GT JR kit when I get back from holiday I'll be complaining to Brembo if it happens to me.
