Boosting query

My pd130 is spiking at roughly 20psi and then dropping to about 15-16 psi is a normal drop?? Also I thought its spiking a little low it has been remapped in its life I didn't know until someone to remap it and was told already done lolthe egr has been blanked also. I have renewed all boost pipes as they kept blowing off and renewed all the vaccum pipes.
Personally I thought it would boost harder after remap but I think 20psi or 1.32 bar is standard for these engines
Also got a manual boost controller kicking about I'm tempted to stick on see what happens
