Carpark dings!

Arrived home from grocery shopping to find this towbar shaped ding in the rear on my car.
Shop says no cctv over look where car was parked and owners park at own risk.
What kind of c*#t hits a car and drives off!
New bumper or can this be touched up easily?

I worked for new car dealerships for like 20 years.
They all have (Preferred) body-shops they use !!!

They do have preferred ones, unfortunately I'm going through a similar process and just got my car back from said bodyshop and they done a **** job

Well we all know that there are No-Guarantees on Body-Shops that's for sure.
One can either use what the Audi Dealership uses or talk to friends and see what shop they recommend.
It's SADLY a crab-shoot at best.

Unfortunately no say for me Terry, dealership are rectifying a paint defect under warranty so has to be done by their bodyshop, just frustrating at the end of the day.
But definitely shop around OP.
