HI good people of audi forum . So I am assuming my audi developed oil pump failure which just what I needed ( power loss, smoky engine , oil pressure light etc) . Now question is how to assess level of damage I am asking as my wife was driving it and I cant tell if she stopped straight away well she cant tell a lot ? Is the engine scrap or can it be resuscitated ? Anyone has an experience with that fault? Where I can source new/used oil pump from ? Also am I correct saying there is uprated part for that pump? Any help appriciated
