R-Tech PCV delete plate

Hi,does the Rtech PVC delete plate have a port between the first oil separator and the second or is it totally blocked out?

The R-tech full delete plate only has the internal link between ports 2 & 3 or in other words the original pcv valve supply and return, no external ports , not is there any input from the first oil separator.
