Hi,

Bought my firs Q7 with stalled engine with hope of timing chain failure. Unfortunately, engine had catastrophic ending. Connecting rods of pistons 3 and 6 have broken. They were twisted like cheece bars, some parts punched through the block and remaining pieces seized between balancing shaft and crank shaft. Had to cut cylinder open to remove parts (metal for connecting rods is unbelievably strong!!! Was not coming out even when hut with sledge hammer) and had loosen crank shaft on order to disconnect the torque converter from the flywheel. Please some pictures.
New engine ordered. Wish me.good luck:)
