Weird random high pitch sound

Hello,

I have an Audi A3 1.6 BGU petrol engine and I hear a weird high pitch metallic sound from time to time.
It happens on low speeds(below 70kmh) or when I take off. It seems to happen randomly, nothing is heard when idling.

Doesn’t sound serious to me, maybe a bearing on a rotating component. Try to narrow it down to the brakes, steering rack, when it’s hot or cold. Going to take a long time to find the cause of that.
