Repaint or wrapping?

Bodywork on my a4 looks like needs to do something with paint, it’s 07 plate then be honest 12 years old car plus black paint, what’s mean lots of visible scratches. Question is what you done to your car to change/refresh paint/colour and how much did you pay for it.
Polishing is out of game because one of college scratch my rear bumper and bit of left panel plus I scratch other side of bumper few weeks after. Good news she paid me £400 to get her damages fix.

T-cut, black polish and the like works wonders on a budget.

Might be worth showing pictures so we know the severity, I mean if it needs painting and you don't want to pay for it I guess you could try rattle can it or something.

I think needs painting, new bumper because of small crack, and just arrived black grille because old one had cracked plastic bit as well. Just asking in general to get some ideas which option would be better for my pocket.
Are you paying less for cab as well?
