LOL I know I'm very ashamed at myself, here are some more pics to redeem myself.
I rebuilt the engine at 90K miles and this is what I found after I took the head off (Only run on optimax/Vpower and oil changed every 3k)
Glad I was upgrading things cus the turbo flange had a nice crack in it as did the oem manifold, didn't cause me any problems though as car was driving faultless prior to me stripping it.
AGU head purchased and old bam parts transferred, new valve guide/stem seals etc.
Baffled sump
Head & manifold painted.
Staggering the new rings (I was impressed the pistons were in near perfect condition and you could even still see the cross hatch on the cylinder walls after 90k miles, The engine has never required top ups)
New oil pump
