So I bought a 2017 A3 sportback Black edition about 3 weeks ago - love the car but had a strange thing happen to me yesterday and want to see if anyone else has had the same issue.
I'm coming up to my turn off so as you do I applied the breaks progressively for about 5-10 seconds as I'm on a 60mph road turning into a tight junction.
As I approach the junction and go to turn the wheel the ****** stop/start kicks in while I'm still going 10-15mph. This ended up locking the steering wheel as I went to turn - i thought the ******* thing just died. Why on earth would the stop/start function come on if I'm still moving?!
This can't be the way its suppose to function.. is this a common issue or am I looking at a fault?
