Space saver spare

I have an A6 BE with 20" wheels and the Bose, in terms of a space saver spare am I just looking at a 145/60/20?

Would this just drop over the stuff already in the boot well, happy days?

As a side note got quoted north of £400 from a main dealer....

Unsure of the space saver width/profile but mine is 20" and will check tomorrow. It does indeed sit over the battery etc. Will take a couple of photos tomorrow and post if you like. £400?! - was that for the wheel or for something else?
