18x8.5 ET35-40 ?

Have anybody run 235/40 18x8.5 ? I'm undecided between et 35 or 40. I dont want to put spacers on front because they will rub or hit. Can anyone help me with some reps and photos ?

I run a same width wheel with 235 35's but on 19's and I have 35et all round so your be fine with them.

I also have the "unfortunate fwd" not that it makes a difference to the wheels...

ET35 is probably the best allround offset for the B7 chassis weather on 8j or 8.5j
