Climate control correct temp on one side, cold on other

Hi, I am new to the group but have been reading for a long time. All great stuff.

I have a problem with the climate control on my B9 2.0 tdi.
Basically on the passenger side the climate works and the temp varies as you select the temperature, however on the drivers side it blows colder air than the other side. I have tried varying all the settings but it is still the same.

I have looked at other forums and they speak of levers behind the glove box, sensors and heater matrix issues.

my warranty ran out on 19.7.20 (Yip!) but before I put my car into my independent dealer or Audi, I wondered if anyone else had this issue and how it was repaired.

Did you ever get this fixed?
Picked up my new A4 2017 yesterday, took it out this morning and whacked the heating on. Same issue, heat on left side, cold on the right.
Played with all the controls and made sure they were synced.

Just googled around and it sounds like it could be the motor for the flap.
Anyone know where can I locate this to have a look?
