Transfer box leaking from driveshaft seals

Hi All,
Had my A3 3.2 apart before to sort out a variety of issues including a leaking transfer box, I changed the rear propshaft seal but having done a reasonable amount of miles since its been back together I have noticed oil underneath the car, took it to go up on a ramp and its leaking out of the connection between the rhs driveshaft and transfer box, the driveshaft also seems quite loose, does anyone have any ideas on the set up of this? I'm struggling to remember how it all went together as there was so much that was done to the car and want to make sure I have all the bits I will need before taking it off the road again
Any advice would be great

There’s a tiny hex bolt inside the splined cup, did you insert and tighten this bolt?

The one that requires the extra long 6mm hex tool? I'm pretty sure I did if that's the one you're on about

That’s the one that came to mind, a long extension on a 1/4 bit

I hope it is something as simple as that, think I'll just have to take it apart and have a look at it all
