It is a “known” fault on these gearboxes across the VW range. You won’t be able to clear that DTC, the switch or the whole mechanism needs to be replaced. And you are looking at somewhere between £500-£1000 to fix it.
My Mrs’ car has thrown the same error message a few weeks ago and it is booked in on Wednesday next week for a scan and a potential fix.

Gosh thanks mate ! 500-1000 ! i just retrofitted my PLA - i thought is PLA causing it !
I don’t see a connection between PLA and gearbox
having said that, I could be wrong (have I given you some hope here 
). Similar issue on a B9 as reported by @cuke2u

Managed to Went back audi service Center to have them check
They mention
This is the microswitch module which comprises the steps of charging a molten resin onto a loading surface of a microswitch.

Yeah I did purchase additional 2 years warranty on top of my default 3 years warranty
