can't find paint code!!

Looked in all the usual places, spare wheel well, under the bonnet as per manual and no use.

Any way I can get it easily from the VIN or the REG?

It appears that according to google in 2005 the A4 Avant only had one silver, anyone know if that is true?

2005 3.0 Tdi Quattro S Line.

If its an older vag car they are in the boot spare wheel area (not sure why manual says under bonnet I've never known one to be there), more newer vag cars are all in the service book, failing that just ring tps with the reg there give you the code straight away.

I have seen them behind reg plates as well there not meant to be there i think some plum every now and again sticks them in a random place out of the ordinary and laughs to his self lol..

Ring the dealer with your vin and ask for touchup pen and code..
